I WILL FIND A WAY

Failure is the panacea of those who dwell in the realm of
Procrastination and rationalization the mere act of attempting is the essence of success in all aspirations, if only by trial and error alone one can inch forward or leap bounds in achievement, one has only to gesticulate the faintness motion toward a goal and instinct governs the pace of fruition
Bloomberg Announces That There Will Be No More Arrest for Small Amounts of Marijuana

New York has traditionally had the least stringent policies against marijuana, yet during the Guliani Administration the laws were adjusted to make it an arrest able offense to have in your possession a small amount of it.  Mayor Bloomberg   further amended the law to it even easier for police to arrest people.  Since arresting people generates more revenue than ticketing them it has been a virtual feeding frenzy for the judicial system on a whole.  Police were given Carte Blanc to indiscriminately stop and search anyone at random.  In most cases up to five people were arrested for one stick of marijuana, and instead of a possession charge police would allege that the people were smoking in public.  There are reports that the cops would coral van loads of people totally innocent, and would either make evidence bags split evenly among the detainees if someone did have something on them or in some cases would have some to plant on the detainees.
Overtime was the NYPD’s motivation; people would be arrested at 4p.m. and detained in a police van till 1a.m. seconds before the watch is scheduled to end creating automatic overtime.  You could hear them asking each other “how much overtime you making”, while parked under train elevations warehousing a van load of people till the time was right to bring them to the precinct.  Sometimes the people detained are barely conscious due to poor circulation in the back of the van.  Then the cops give you a choice, to either go straight through and be processed or seek medical attention, they advise you that if you seek medical attention you will have to repeat the warehousing process all over again.
From Giuliani’s regime to the current administration some 975,000 people of non Caucasian persuasion has been convicted of misdemeanor offenses.  Now Bloomberg announces there will be no more arrest for small amounts of marijuana.  He should be reversing all of the convictions that made on people from ethnic neighborhoods that were profiled for use of these tactics used by NYPD.  People were further victimized, when they face the judge and are hit with fines against your license threats to immigration status, court fees, miscellaneous fine and community service.  There have reports of some humane judges stating “I will not try any more marijuana cases”
This was one of the schemes brainstormed by the Bloomberg Administration to turn the ghettos into cash cows to be milked and cash crops to be reaped.  This abuse, only served to further polarized the city and intensify the disparity in the quality of life of the privileged and underprivileged.

OWN YOUR TRUTH
"Unknown what is there in the here, after. For no one has giving their account of experiences after expiring, what has permanence is ones sorrow, for if the opportunity should arise it is a certainty that your last fleeting moments would be spent pondering regret for the role you played in your own life long short comings and failures. Should the end not be peaceful and of natural causes, you most assuredly regret being the catalyst that set forth, one’s own demise. Prevalently Man is good, yet there is no popularity in the goodness of Man, most good men are not wealthy and only have housing for their brain the nucleus of his goodness, greatness.
Man is born naked, as soon as man clothes himself he designs his clothes with pockets, to walk with valued possession. He then acquires enough value that he is motivated to set up a system to exclude others from attaining equal parts of value. Man exiles himself in his own pomposity and desensitizes his own humanity with privilege and stature"

The Police State of New York / To Protect and Serve their own interest!!!!!!!!

Bloomberg's administration is totally insensitive to the needs of native New Yorkers.  Homelessness, unemployed, home owners cry foul daily, these cries fall upon blind eyes, deaf ears, and muted mouths.  New Yorkers live in a state hostile towards its citizens.  Bloomberg's administration does not concern its self with generating jobs, yet emphasis is directed to the parasitic practices of bleeding New Yorkers to the point of mass exodus.  The #1 generator revenue for NYC are monies collected by incarceration, fines and the judicial system. New York is small compared to other states, but has more police than teachers, there is the NYPD, Sanitation Police, School Police, Correction Officers, MTA Police, and whole menagerie of police titles.  Latino and African American New Yorkers who have the misfortune of being incarcerated may be victimized in triplicate, fabricated charges, fines attached to the conviction and while incarcerated in predominately white communities, they are incorporated in the head count tallied by U.S. Census Bureau generating funds and services for that communities benefit long after the convicted is returned to his jobless and beleaguered neighborhood.  This is just a quarter inch of the whole twelve yards of politrics enforced by Bloomberg's administration and his Police who Protect and Serve their own interest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The State of The Economy as it relates to Outsourcing

Outsourcing, what is it's purpose?  To whose detriment is the result of outsourcing targeted towards?
Is the concomitant rise in the cost of living a buffer to ensure the the affect on those targeted?

Outsourcing is to the working class, what Ebola is to the already poor, dis bonded, disenchanted citizens of third world countries.  The fortunate few of these same third world countries will be the recipients of the outsourced jobs.  There is no humanitarian relief implied or intended.

The purpose is to demoralize the already stressful lives of the working class.  Wealthy not rich people developed outsourcing with the pre paid law makers they finance.  To hell with $7.25 an hour when I could pay $1.25 to Punjab or Ming Cho Hing.  There may even be more sinister goals attributed to the implementation of outsourcing.  There is a direct correlation to the rise in the cost of living, as it relates to the working class and the rise in arrest numbers generated by desperate measures taken by jobless people trying to feed their family.

In a society that builds more prisons than schools or hospitals the industry of choice is corrections, with focus on the more desperate poor people get the, more likely poor people will resort to actions that will produce a steady flow of revenue via the judicial system.
